摘　　要：内分泌治疗是激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者治疗的重要方式之一,但有部分激素受体阳性患者内分泌治疗无效。部分患者起初对内分泌治疗药物有效,随着疗程的延长疗效下降等。文中就内分泌治疗疗效的相关因素、芳香化酶抑制剂的应用、内分泌治疗耐药机制和内分泌治疗耐药逆转等研究的进展进行综述。Endocrine therapy is one of the important methods for the treatment of receptor-positive breast cancer,though some receptor-positive patients fail to respond to it,and still others develop acquired endocrine resistance after an initial response.This article outlines the progress in the researches on endocrine therapy response-related factors,application of aromatase inhibitors,mechanisms of endocrine therapy resistance,and strategies to overcome endocrine resistance.
