摘　　要：目的了解医院导师和研究生规模建设现状,加强导师和研究生规模建设。方法收集近5年导师和研究生数据,进行统计描述分析。结果研究生导师招生每年递增,但不同导师的招生数量不均衡,现有的招生渠道已不能满足需求。结论加强学科建设,拓宽招生渠道,调控申报方向,把握适度规模,是促进医院研究生规模建设的有效途径。Objective To investigate the status of tutors and postgraduates in the military hospital,and strengthen the construction. Methods The materials of tutors and postgraduates in a military hospital within the recent five years were collected and statistically described. Results The number of recruited postgraduates was increasing year by year.The enrollment numbers of different tutors were not balanced.The current enrollment channels didn＇t meet the demand. Conclusion Strengthening the discipline construction,broadening the recruiting channels,regulating the subject direction and making appropriate scale are effective ways to promote the scale construction of postgraduates in a hospital.
