摘  要:研究了培养条件对玉米渣皮在盘式固态发酵反应器中用 Aspergillus niger B1 1和Candida utilis ATCC92 56共培养生产细胞蛋白的影响 ,单因素试验的最佳条件为 :培养时间60 h,培养温度 3 2℃ ,通风量 1 .2 5m3/min/m3(WS) ,料层厚度 8cm。在此条件下 ,纤维素和半纤维素的降解率分别为 2 7.8%和 3 9.8% ,真蛋白增加量为 6.2 3 % ,干基中蛋白质含量由 6.2 9%提高到 2 1 .0 4 % ,必需氨基酸组成由 4 0 .97%提高到 4 8.56% ,且含有较高活力的纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、蛋白酶和淀粉酶。The protein production from corn lees as substrate with solid state fermentation in pan bioreactor by co culture of Aspergillus niger B11 and Candida utilis ATCC9256 was studied. Based on mono factor tests, the optimum culture conditions were 68%(w/w)initial moisture content; incubation temperature of 32℃; air flow rate at 1.25m 3/min/m 3(WS); substrate thickness of 8cm; fermentation period is 60 hours. Under the above optimum conditions, the degradation ratio of cellulose and hemicellulose were 28.7%, 39.8% respectively. The RPI(Real Protein Increase) were 6.23%. The protein content of final product were enhanced from 6.29%(w/w) to 21.04%(w/w). Furthermore, The final product contained high activity cellulase, hemicellulase, amlyase and protease.
