两种护患关系行为模式在精神分裂症患者康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的比较不同护患关系行为模式在精神分裂症患者康复中的应用。方法将80例精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和研究组各40例，两组均维持药物治疗，研究组采用共同参与护患行为模式，对照组采用主动—被动型护患行为模式，干预前后采用护士用简明精神病量表（N-BPRS）、护士用住院患者观察量表（NOSIE）评价护理效果。结果两组患者干预前N—BPRS与NOSIE评分总分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；干预6周后研究组患者精神症状及社会功能明显改善，N—BPRS评分总分为（28．80±2．92）分，对照组N-BPRS评分总分为（39．13±2．11）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=18．16，P〈0．01）；干预组NOSIE评分总分为（53．40±6．38）分，对照组NOSIE评分总分为（75．50±7．09）分，差异有统计学意义（t=14．67，P〈0．01）。结论共同参与护患行为模式能发挥患者的主观能动性，减轻患者的精神症状、提高生活自理、社交等行为能力，对患者的康复有重要意义。Objective To study the application of difference nurse-patient relationship behaviour patten in patients＇ recovery with schizophrenia. Methods Totals of 80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into research group and control group , per group 40 cases, and received the therapy of maintain medicine. On this basis, behaviour patten of nurse-patient join together was adopted in research group and behaviour patten of active-passive model between nurses and patients was adopted in control group. Nurse- Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（N-BPRS） and Nurses＇ Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation（NOSIE） were used before and after intervention to evaluated nursing effects. Results There were no significant difference on the score of N-BPRS and NOSIE before intervention（P 〉0. 05）. Six months later after intervention , in research group,mental symptoms and social function of patients were obviously improved and the sore of N-BPRS was （28.80 ±2.92） ,while that score of control group was（39.13 ±2.11） ,and the difference was statistically significant（t = 18. 16,P 〈0. 01）. The score of NOSIE in research gronp was （ 53.40 ± 6. 38） and that of control group was （ 75.50 ± 7.09）, and the difference was statistically significant（t = 14. 67, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The behaviour patten of nurse-patient join together can promote patients＇ initiative, relieve their mental symptoms, improve their self-care capacity and social activities and so on, which has a significant influence on patients recovery.
