PDCD5和Bcl-2蛋白在大肠癌和癌前病变组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的明确PDCD5蛋白在大肠良性疾病、癌前病变到大肠癌变过程中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用S-P免疫组织化学方法,检测46例大肠癌、20例腺瘤和28例慢性炎症患者的组织中PDCD5和Bcl-2蛋白的表达,并与临床资料比较,对46例大肠癌患者预后进行电话随访。结果 PDCD5在慢性炎症组织中表达最高,明显高于腺瘤及癌组织中的表达(χ2=10.495,P<0.05),但在大肠腺瘤和癌组织、以及不同分级的大肠癌之间的表达差异无统计学意义(P=0.552)。随访病例中PDCD5表达高的患者,生存评分较高。Bcl-2蛋白在大肠癌患者中表达最高,腺瘤其次,在炎症患者中表达最低(χ2=13.373,P<0.05)。PDCD5及Bcl-2蛋白在上述各种组织中的表达呈现相反的趋势,经统计学处理未见明显负相关性(R=0.149,P=0.151)。结论 PDCD5可能不同程度参与了大肠组织细胞癌变过程的调控,而且可能在癌变早期起一定的作用。Objective To specifically detect the expression and the clinical significance of PDCD5 protein in the process of colorectal benign disease and precancerous lesions to cancer. Methods PDCD5 and Bcl-2 expression levels were detdcted by immunohistochemistry on colorectal cancer tissue from 46 cases with following-up information,adenomatous tissue from 20 cases and chronic enteritis tissue from 28 cases. Results PDCD5 expression level was the highest in chronic enteritis tissue,significantly higher than that in the others（χ2 =10.495,P〈0.05）,but there was no significant difference between adenomatous and cancer tissues（P= 0.552）.In the follow-up cases,the survival rate of the patients with higher expression of PDCD5 protein was higher.Bcl-2 expression level was positively correlated with differentiation.Bcl-2 expression in colorectal cancer patients was the highest.Bcl-2 expression in adenomatous was higher than in chronic enteritis（χ2=13.373,P〈0.05）.It was found that the expression of PDCD5 protein was negtively correlated with Bcl-2 protein（R=0.149,P=0.151）,although the expression of them showed an opposite trend. Conclusion PDCD5 may be involved in the regulation of colorectal cancer in a certain degree,and may play a role in the early stage.
