摘 要:目的:探讨溶胶-凝胶法在牙科高强度陶瓷表面改性对陶瓷和复合树脂粘接强度的影响。方法:喷砂玻璃氧化铝陶瓷和氧化锆陶瓷片各72片,每种陶瓷随机分为4组,每组18片,采取以下处理:A组,硅烷偶联剂;B组,20%硅溶胶涂层+硅烷偶联剂;C组,30%硅溶胶涂层+硅烷偶联剂;(D)40%硅溶胶涂层+硅烷偶联剂,制作陶瓷-复合树脂粘接体;每组样本再分为2个亚组,分别在37℃水浴中放置24 h和30 d后,测定陶瓷和树脂的剪切粘接强度。结果:2种陶瓷水浴24 h后,各涂层组粘接强度与单纯硅烷偶联剂组相比差异有统计学意义,其中30%硅溶胶处理组的粘接强度最高(P<0.05)。水浴30 d后,各组粘接强度均和水浴初期(24 h)相比差异无统计学意义,30%硅溶胶处理组的粘接强度最高(P<0.05)。结论:牙科氧化铝陶瓷和氧化锆陶瓷经过溶胶凝胶法纳米硅涂层表面改性结合硅烷偶联剂的处理可以显著提高陶瓷和树脂的粘接强度,并保持较好的粘接耐久性,30%硅溶胶提高粘接强度的效果最好。Objective: To evaluate the effect of surface modification by sol-gel process on the bonding strength between dental high-strength ceramic and composite resin.Methods: 72 sandblasted alumina disks and 72 zirconia ceramic discs were respectively fabricated and randomly divided into four groups(n=18 in each group for each ceramic) to receive different surface treatments by silane couple agent(group A),20% silica coating and silane couple agent(group B),30% silica coating and silane couple agent(group C) and 40% silica coating and silane couple agent(group D).Then the ceramic disks were bonded to composite resin.The ceramic-composite blocks(n=9 in each group for each ceramic at each time) were then stored in distilled water at 37 ℃ for 24 hours or for 30 days prior to shear bond tests in a universal testing machine.The data were statistically analyzed by ANOVA and LSD test.Results: For both ceramics,the bond strength of group B,C and D was higher than that of group A.That in group C was the highest either for 24 hour or for 30 day storage.After 30 day storage the bond strengths of four groups were not significantly decreased(P0.05).Conclusion: Silica coating followed by silane couple agent treatment can significantly increase bond strength between dental ceramic and composite resin,30% silica sol may be more effective.
