摘　　要：睾丸肿瘤中,转移瘤少见。来源于消化道的转移瘤更少见。本文介绍以睾丸转移为首发表现的结肠癌1例。In the testicular tumors,metastases are rare.Metastases from gastrointestinal tract are even more rare.This article will introduce one case of colon cancer of testicular metastasis as the first manifestation.
