摘　　要：民营经济在海峡西岸经济区的重要地位决定了民营企业家精神的培养在海峡西岸经济区建设战略中的关键作用。当前海峡西岸经济区民营企业家精神存在缺陷,其培养与发展也存在环境障碍,优化环境以培养适合建设实际的民营企业家精神已经显得异常迫切。Private entrepreneurship plays the key strategic role in the construction of Economic Zone of the west side of Taiwan Strait.Shortcomings exist in private entrepreneurship and there are environmental barriers on entrepreneurship training and development.To optimize the environment for private entrepreneurship training already extremely urgent.
