摘　　要：写作能力是语言能力的综合体现。它能准确全面地反映学生的实际水平。要提高初中学生的英语写作能力，就要了解阻碍学生写作能力提高的因素，多方面地分析学生常见的问题，并找出恰当的解决方法，让学生明确写作目标，激发学生的写作欲望。Writing ability is the integrated embodiment of language ability and it can accurately reflect students＇ level. In order to improve junior high school students＇ English writing ability, teachers must understand the factors hindering the improvement of students＇ writing ability, analyze some common problems and find adequate methods, thus to make students clear writing objective and motivate students＇ writing desire.
