摘 要:通过问卷调查、实验测量等方法,以有氧健身锻炼干预为手段,对异常体重消费者身体自尊的影响进行了研究。结果表明:有氧健身锻炼对超重和肥胖消费者身体自尊改善作用较为明显,对低体重消费者的影响不明显;同时表明:有氧健身锻炼对肥胖消费者"身体吸引力"维度的改善不显著。本研究为指导异常体重消费者有效地进行科学健身锻炼,提高身心健康水平具有重要意义。Using methods of questionnaire survey and experimental measuring, this paper studies the impact of aerobic exercise on the body esteem of consumers in abnormal weight undergoing the interference of aerobic exercise. According to the results, the influence of aerobic exercise on the body esteem of overweight consumers is evident; when it comes to underweight consumers, the influence is inconspicuous. Meanwhile, the improvement of a 15 -week aerobic exercise on obesity consumers'" physical attractiveness" dimension is insignificant. This study is of great importance in conducting the consumers in abnormal weight to take scientific exercises efficiently and promote their physical and mental health.
