摘　　要：SWOT分析工具是进行企业发展战略分析的基本工具。现有的大多数文献运用SWOT分析工具进行企业战略研究,基本还处于定性分析阶段。本文运用层次分析法和分级评分法将SWOT分析从定性推进到定量,使之更加直观准确地反映企业发展面临的机会与威胁、优势与劣势,为企业科学决策和制定发展战略提供了理论基础。天然气开发企业的案例研究表明,该定量模型的应用具有较好的效果。SWOT analysis tool is a basic tool applicable for enterprise develop ing strategy analysis.The current much of literature related with to SWOT analy sis tool that is applied to study enterprise strategies is still on the stage of qualitative analysis.This paper used analytic hierarchy process（AHP） and grad ing evaluation process to advance SWOT analysis form qualitative analysis to qua ntitative analysis so as to enable the method to further visually accurately ref lect the opportunities,threats,advantages,and disadvantages facing the enterp rise development,which offered a good theoretic basis of making scientific deci sion and developing strategy of enterprise.A case study in natural gas developi ng enterprise has showed that the application of the quantitative appraisal mode l has good effects.
