摘  要:目的观察细胞电穿孔联合艾迪注射液对小鼠宫颈癌U14生长的抑制作用。方法取雌性昆明小鼠58只,建立U14宫颈癌皮下移植瘤模型,然后随机分为对照组(C组)、艾迪注射液治疗组(Ai组)、电穿孔处理组(E组)、电穿孔+艾迪注射液低剂量治疗组(EAL组)、电穿孔+艾迪注射液高剂量治疗组(EAH组)。比较治疗后各组荷瘤鼠体质量和肿瘤的质量,计算各组抑瘤率。光学显微镜下观察肿瘤组织的病理变化,用TUENL细胞凋亡试剂盒检测各组肿瘤细胞的凋亡情况。结果 Ai组、E组、EAL组和EAH组平均瘤质量明显低于对照组,能显著抑制肿瘤生长。EAH组的平均瘤质量显著低于E组和Ai组。Ai组、E组、EAL组和EAH组的抑瘤率分别为26.8%,25.6%,51.9%和59.4%。结论电穿孔联合艾迪注射液对U14移植肿瘤起到很大的杀伤和抑制生长的作用。Objective It is to observe the inhibiting effect of Aidi injection combined with electroporation on cervical cancer U14 in mice.Methods 58 female KunMing mice chosen to establish subcutaneous transplanted model of U14(cervical cancer),then they were randomly divided into five groups :control group(C),group of Aidi injection(Ai group),group of electroporation(E),group of electroporation combined with low dose of Aidi injection(EAL group),group of electroporation combined with high dose of Aidi injection(EAH group).The whole and the tumor weight of mice in each group were measured after the treatment,then the rate of inhibiting tumor was calculated.The pathologic changes of the tumor were observed underd the optical microscope.And the apoptosis of tumor was detected by TENUL box.Results The average weight of the tumor in experimental groups were significantly lower compared to the control group,the difference was significant(P0.01),the growth of tumor was inhibited dramatically.And the average weight of the tumor in Group EAH was lower than that in Group E or Group Ai dramatically(P0.01).The rate of inhibiting tumor of each group was 26.8%,25.6%,51.9%,59.4% respectively.Conclusion Electroporation combined with Aidi injection play an important role in inhibiting of growth of experimental tumor(U14).
