摘 要:船舶轴系运转时受到的不均匀动载荷将改变艉轴承的有效接触长度。为研究艉轴承有效接触长度变化对轴系振动的固有频率和艉轴承载荷的影响,在ANSYS中建立某船轴系的有限元模型,调整后艉轴承和前艉轴承的有效接触长度,分析不同有效接触长度下轴系振动和轴承负载的变化。结果表明:随着艉轴承的有效接触长度的降低,轴系振动的固有频率也随之降低,其中以后艉轴承对轴系低阶振动固有频率影响较为突出;随着艉轴承有效接触长度的降低,轴承接触区的负载显著增加。Ship shafting running by the uneven dynamic load will change bearing. In order to study the effect of effective contact length of stern tube the effective contact length of the stern tube bearing on its natural vibration frequency and loads, the finite element model of ship shafting was established using the software ANSYS, the change of shaft vibration and bearing load was analyzed through adjusting the effective contact length of the aft and the fore stem tube bearing. The cal- culation results show that as the effective contact length of the stern tube bearing decreases, the natural frequency of shaft vibration correspondingly reduces, and the influence of the aft stern tube beanng on natural frequency of low-order vibration is more obvious. The load on bearing contact areas increases significantly with the decrease of effective contact length of the stem tube bearing.
