摘 要:膜式水冷壁传热边界条件对现代电站锅炉安全运行有重要影响。针对其难以直接测量的现状,采用共轭梯度法对膜式水冷壁的传热边界条件进行了反演,并讨论了测点数目、待反演参数的初始猜测值及测量误差对反演结果及向火侧金属外壁温度分布的影响。结果表明:增加测点数可提高反演精度,而3个测点即可达到较高精度;反演结果对初值有一定的依赖性;在一定的测量误差范围内,共轭梯度法仍能够得到较满意的结果。The thermal boundary conditions of membrane water wall are of great influence on the safe operation of modern power plant boilers.For its difficulty of direct measurement,the thermal boundary conditions of membrane water wall was inversed using conjugate gradient method,also the influences of the numbers of measured points,the initial guesses of inverse parameters and the measured errors on the accuracy of inverse solutions and the temperature distribution at fire side part of the tube were discussed.The results show that,the accuracy of inverse solutions can be improved by increasing the numbers of measured points,while three measured points can achieve a high accuracy.The initial guesses of inverse parameters are dependent on the accuracy of inverse solutions in some degree.When the measured temperatures contain some error,the satisfactory results can also be obtained with the method.
