摘　　要：目的探讨青年人大肠癌的临床特点。方法将1990年1月到2010年12月我院收治的192例青年人大肠癌的临床资料与同期随机抽取的190例老年人大肠癌(≥65岁)进行比较。结果青年人大肠癌症状不典型,误诊率高(57.8%),病理分型恶性程度高,黏液腺癌、低分化腺癌较多,各占40.1%及21.8%。Dukes分期以C期、D期为主,占73.4%。结论青年人大肠癌恶性程度高,误诊率高,预后差,应提高警惕,强化普查,做到尽早诊治,以提高患者的生存率。Objective To explore the clinical characters of young patients with colorectal cancer.Methods The clinical characters of 192 young patients with colorectal cancer from Jan.1990 to Dec.2010 in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University（the study group） were retrospectively analyzed,and compared with that of 190 elderly patients（≥65 years old） selected（the control group）.Results The clinical features of colorectal cancer in young patients were not typical.The misdiagnosis rate was high（57.8%）.Most young patients were with muco-cellular（40.1%） and poorly differentiation（21.8%）.73.4% of the young patients were in Dukes stage C and stage D.Conclusion Because of the highly malignant character,poor prognosis and high misdiagnosis rate,We should enhance vigilance,focus on screening,and diagnose and treat the young patients with colon cancer as early as we can.
