经鼻型肠梗阻导管治疗难治性肠梗阻10例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻型肠梗阻导管诊断、治疗难治性肠梗阻。方法回顾性分析2009年2月至2011年3月收治的10例经鼻型肠梗阻导管治疗的难治性肠梗阻患者。结果 10例患者,3例治愈,2例中转手术,3例死亡,2例放弃治疗。结论经鼻型肠梗阻导管对难治性肠梗阻能够有效减压、缓解症状,能够帮助确定肠梗阻部位,能够治愈部分因粘连、炎性包块导致的肠梗阻。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of naso-intestinal decompression intubation in the treatment of refractory bowel obstruction.Methods The clinical data of ten patients with refractory bowel obstruction received naso-intestinal decompression intubation under x-ray guidance from Feb.2009 to Mar.2011 were analyzed.Results After placement of the tube,all patients obtained various degrees of symptoms relief including abdominal pain,distention,vomiting,etc.Three patients with adhesive obstruction recovered completely and the tube was removed 12~51 days later.Two patients were referred to surgical operation,one of which had the site of bowel obstruction detected.Two patients gave up further treatment,and 3 died of malignant tumor.Conclusion The naso-intestinal decompression intubation is effective for decompression intubation under x-ray guidance,and useful for observing the site and treating adhesive bowel obstruction.
