摘　　要：噪声估计是视频和图像处理最重要的环节之一,实际应用中要求算法能够快速且准确地估计噪声。提出了一种基于块的快速且可靠的噪声估计算法,其中噪声假设为加性零均值高斯白噪声。此算法需要一个N1×N1的窗口,及相应的方差求值运算,避免了排序,复杂度由排序过程的o(n2)或者o(nlog2 n)降为o(n)。此算法中的主要参数会根据图像或者视频信息进行自适应调整,从而提高算法的准确性。通过实验发现,此算法是快速且准确的。Noise estimation is one of the most important parts in video and image processing.High speed and good accuracy are always required in applications.This paper presents a fast and accurate algorithm of noise estimation which is block-based,and in which additive zero-mean Gaussian noise is supposed to be added into the image or video.This algorithm only requires a N1×N1 window and some operations of computing variance.Without the process of sorting,the complexity is cut down to o（n） from o（n2） or o（nlog2n）.In order to improve the accuracy,the main parameters of the algorithm in this paper change adaptively according to the information of the images or videos.According to the experiments this algorithm is fast and accurate enough.
