企业技术创新策略与政府R&D补贴——基于不完美信息的动态博弈模型

摘　　要：技术创新的不确定、企业自身创新能力的高低和从发达国家引进技术的诱惑与威胁是影响发展中国家企业技术创新策略选择的重要因素。基于这些影响因素构建了一个存在技术引进诱惑与威胁的情况下,在位企业与潜在进入者之间关于自主创新与技术引进的完全不完美信息动态博弈模型,通过考察在位企业与潜在进入者的均衡策略,从微观视角分析了企业在面临诱惑与威胁情况下,如何相机抉择,并就政府R&D补贴对企业创新激励的有效性进行研究。研究结果表明,企业是否进行技术创新,不仅与企业自主创新所获得的收益有关,还取决于企业自身的创新能力和竞争对手的创新策略,政府的R&D补贴对企业技术创新的激励作用具有不确定性。Uncertainty,innovation capability,the temptations and threat of absorbing advanced technology from developed countries,are the important factors which influence the enterprise to choice a technology innovation strategy in developing countries.Based on these factors the paper constructs a dynamic game model of imperfect information to analyze that how the enterprises can make an optimal decision.And then a discussion follows of government subsidies to promote RD.The results of the study show that,the enterprise take innovation or not is not only related to the profit,but also on the innovation ability and the innovation strategy of competitors,moreover,the stimulation of government RD subsidy is uncertain.
