摘　　要：产业创新体系的理论研究已落后于实践。从产业技术创新联盟的实践出发,定义了产业创新体系的内涵,用网络结构的分析框架剖析了产业创新体系的特征,将其形成过程归纳为横向联合、纵向联合、竞争与合作三个阶段,针对不同阶段,从形成原因、创新主体之间相互作用的方式等方面对产业创新体系的形成机制进行了阐述。The research on the theory of the industrial innovation system lags behind the industrial innovation practice at present.In order to study the theory systematically,we put up the intension of industrial innovation system from the practice of its alliance,analyze the feature of the industrial innovation system with the network structure analysis method,and conclude its formation process into three periods which are horizontal integration,vertical integration,competition and cooperation.At last,according to the different periods,this paper describes the formation mechanism of the industrial innovation system from the causes and the ways of interaction between innovation subjects.
