摘　　要：采用社会调查法、实地考察法、访谈法等多种研究方法对我国滑雪场运营现状进行研究,旨在了解我国滑雪旅游市场运营的真实情况,进一步促进我国滑雪产业的发展。研究结果显示:我国滑雪场运营目前存在着建设规划不合理、经营管理手段落后、竞争无序、缺乏专业人才等问题,应长远规划、科学引导,做好科技支持与人才培养等工作。This paper adopts social and on-the-spot investigation as well as interview to study the operation situation of ski tourism market in China. Many problems still exist, such as the unreasonable construction planning, backward management, immethodical market competition and insufficient professionals etc. Therefore, ski resort operation should be a long-term plan and guided by scientific methods. And measures should be sought out.
