《黄帝内经》在心理健康管理方面的有效因素分析

摘　　要：目的:从中医《黄帝内经》挖掘心理健康管理方面的有效因素。方法:系统分析《黄帝内经》中与心理健康管理相关的条文。结果:《黄帝内经》有关心理健康管理方面的有效因素相当丰富,如:"不治已病治未病"、"形神共养,身心健康"、"法于阴阳,和于术数,食饮有节,起居有常,不妄作劳"、"养神调神"等。结论:《黄帝内经》对现代心理健康管理学的发展具有重要的积极意义。Objective Mental health management is a new concept and academic branches.This paper will explore the effective factors of mental health management from the ancient Chinese book ＂Yellow Emperor＂.Method Systematic analyze the provisions of ancient Chinese book of ＂Yellow Emperor＂.Results ＂Yellow Emperor ＂ is extremely rich on the effective factors of mental health management,such as： ＂treating disease not after but before it starts＂、＂body and spirit cultivation together,physical and mental health＂,＂comply with the nature law of yin and yang,and follow the correct approach to health tempered tone,make a control of diet,live with strict daily regime and without abnormal work＂,and ＂ spiritual cultivation and regulation＂.Conclusion ＂Yellow Emperor ＂ has an important and positive significance in the development of modern mental health management.
