摘　　要：目的:观察吡硫醇聚乙二醇前药对吡硫醇刺激性的改善作用。方法:将受试动物随机分为阳性对照组、阴性对照组和供试组,分别进行小鼠抓挠试验,大鼠舔足试验及大鼠尾静脉刺激性试验,观察吡硫醇聚乙二醇前药的刺激性作用。结果:供试组与阳性对照组相比,能显著减少小鼠抓挠次数、大鼠舔足次数和大鼠尾静脉刺激性(P<0.05)。结论:吡硫醇聚乙二醇前药能显著降低吡硫醇的刺激性。OBJECTIVE To improve the vascular irritation of pyritinol with pyritinol PEG prodrugs.METHODS The animal were randomly divided into the positive control group,the negative control group and the experimental group,conducting the experiments of scratching of mice,toe touching of rats and tail intravenous injection of rats,observing the vascular irritation of the pyritinol PEG prodrugs.RESULTS The experimental group compared with the positive control group,could significantly low scratching of mice,toe touching of rats and the tail intravenous irritation of rats（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Pyritinol PEG prodrugs can significantly lower the vascular irritation of pyritinol.
