摘  要:目的:研究月季花中总黄酮的最佳提取方法。方法:以月季花总黄酮提取率为指标,采用乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系集成超声提取法提取月季花中总黄酮,通过单因素试验和正交试验优选其最佳提取方法。结果:最佳提取条件确定为料液比1:50,醇水比0.6,硫酸铵浓度0.27g/ml,超声提取50min。结论:方法操作简便、效率高,优于回流提取。Objective: To explore the optimal conditions for extraction of total flavones from Flos rosae Chinensis. Methods: The extraction rate of flavones from Flos rosae Chinensis was assigned to index,total flavones from Flos rosae Chinensis were extracted by alcohol-ammonium sulfate two-phase aqueous system synergism with ultrasound extraction. The extraction conditions were optimized by single experiment and orthogonal test. Results: The optimal condition of extraction process was as follows: material-solvent ratio 1 :50,ethanol-water ratio 0.6,the concentration of ammonium sulfate 0.27 g/ml and extracting for 50 min with ultrasonic wave. Conclusion: The proposed method is simple and effective,and much better than reflux extraction with heating.
