白鲜皮粗多糖提取与总糖含量测定

摘　　要：采用硫酸-苯酚比色法测定白鲜皮粗多糖中总糖含量。白鲜皮粗多糖收率为9.7%,总糖含量为79.20%。The content of total polysaccharide in the coarse polysaccharide extracted from Dicatamnus dasycarpus was determined with phenol-sulfuric acid method. The results showed that the coarse polysaccharide extraction was 9.7% and the content of total polysaccharide was 79.20%. The average recovery was 102.47% with RSD=1.57%.
