护生临床实习中一般护理差错发生情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查护生毕业实习中一般护理差错发生情况和原因,分析相关因素。方法采用自设的护生毕业实习一般护理差错发生情况及原因调查问卷,对北京市9所三级甲等医院毕业实习护生及其带教教师进行调查。结果护生毕业实习一般护理差错发生率为40.06%,采血、输液和放置留置针这3项操作过程中一般护理差错的发生率较高。带教教师临床工作过于繁忙、护生操作技术不熟练、护生对环境不熟悉、护生接触患者时心理紧张、护生基础专业知识不牢固,护生未严格执行"三查八对"制度是毕业实习护生护理差错发生的主要原因。结论学校及医院应对护生及带教教师采取针对性的实习前指导,预防一般护理差错的发生。Objective To investigate the occurrence and related factors of the general nursing errors in undergraduate nursing students. Methods Undergraduate nursing students and their clinical tutors from 9 3A - level hospitals in Peking were recruited and investigated with a self - designed questionnaire about the occurrence situation of nursing errors and causes among undergraduate nursing students. Results The general nursing en＇or rate was 40.06%. Blood taken, intravenous instillation and venous retention needles were the top three highest in nursing error occurrence rates. The main reasons for nursing errors were from the two aspects of students and clinical teachers, including that students were not skilled at operations, too tense, not familiar with the hospital environment, and lacked of basic and profession knowledge. Conclusion Schools and hospitals should strengthen pertinence guidance for nursing students and clinical teachers before clinical practice, so as to prevent the occurrence of nursing error.
