某部官兵心理健康教育需求调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查部队官兵对心理健康教育需求的情况。方法对某部566名官兵采用自制"部队心理服务工作问卷调查提纲"进行调查。结果部队官兵对心理素质训练要求最高。年龄大、农村籍官兵对心理科学知识普及需求高,军龄短、年龄大、城市籍官兵对心理素质训练需求高,城市籍官兵对心理咨询服务需求高,军龄长、年龄大、文化程度高的官兵对心理疾病治疗需求高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。需要的心理健康教育技能较突出的是如何减少心理压力。认为当前影响和制约部队心理服务工作成效的原因是缺乏专业人才。结论进一步加强基层部队心理服务工作,配备心理服务基本设备,科学实施心理健康教育,满足官兵心理健康教育的需求。Objective To investigate the status of mental health education needs of military troops. Method A total of 566 soldiers were recruited and investigated with the self - designed psychological service for military troop questionnaires＂. Results Psychological training was in the first place among the mental health education needs. Older age and rural soldiers needed more psychological knowledge education ; short military service, older and urban soldiers wanted more psychological training; urban soldiers had high demand for counseling services;length military service, older and high levels of education had high requirement of treatment with mental illness, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The demands of mental health education which need more prominent were how to reduce stress ; and lack of professional personnel was considered to be the reason of restriction the effectiveness of psychological services. Conclusion It is urgent to improve the psychological services for soldiers provide the basic equipment, scientifically implement the psychological health education and meet the mental health education needs of military personnel.
