摘　　要：对我国护理立法的现状进行综述,介绍了护理立法相关概念,阐述了完善护理立法的必要性、护理立法的特色及存在的问题,并提出了尽快出台《护士条例》实施细则、注重加强护理立法的研究等建议。This paper summarized the current status, the relevant concepts of nursing legislation, and the necessary of improving nursing legislation and advantages and problems of nursing legislation. It suggested drawing up implementation details of Nurses Regulation as soon as possible, and paying attention to strengthen the study of nursing legislation and so on.
