摘  要:目的研究糙叶败酱植物的根及根茎、茎、叶中的挥发油成分,比较其在化学成分及含量上的差异。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取糙叶败酱的植物三个不同部位的挥发油,采用GC-MS技术分析、鉴定其化学成分。结果糙叶败酱根及根茎中挥发油得率约为1.5%,从中鉴定出59种化学成分,占总挥发油的99.9%;茎中挥发油得率约为0.3%,从中鉴定出60个化学成分,占总挥发油的100%;叶中挥发油得率约为0.5%,从中鉴定出60个化学成分,占总挥发油的100%;3个部位的挥发性共有成分11个,主要为1-石竹烯、α-古芸烯和苯并环庚烯类化合物。结论糙叶败酱的根及根茎、茎、叶中的挥发性成分在化合物组成及含量上均有一定差别;根及根茎部位和茎中的挥发性成分基本相同,主要为萜类和芳香族化合物;叶中除含上述萜类和芳香族化合物外,脂肪族化合物的种类更为丰富,含量也较高。OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oils from three different parts of Patrinia scabra Bunge,and compare the differences between their chemical composition and content.METHODS The oils were extracted by steam distillation.The chemical compounds were separated and identified by GC-MS.RESULTS Fifty-nine,sixty,and sixty compounds were identified among roots and rhizomes,stem and leaves of Patrinia scabra Bunge,respectively.The ratios of identification of total compounds were 99.9%,100% and 100%,respectively.There were eleven same components among the three parts of essential oils,1-caryophyllene,α-Curjunene and benzo cycloheptene compounds were dominant.CONCLUSION There are some differences among the three parts of their volatile components.The volatile components between roots and rhizomes are almost the same,which mainly are terpenes and aromatic compounds.Besides,the type of aliphatic compounds in the leaves are more rich and in a higher level.
