益气活血方对慢性萎缩性胃炎胃液pH值及血清胃蛋白酶原的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨益气活血方对慢性萎缩性胃炎胃液pH值及血清胃蛋白酶的影响。[方法]将200例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组(120例)和对照组(80例)。治疗组应用益气活血方治疗;对照组应用猴头菌提取物(谓葆)3个月,对幽门螺杆菌阳性者第1周加服阿莫西林、灭滴灵、奥美拉唑综合治疗。3个月后比较2组治疗前后胃液pH值及血清胃蛋白酶Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、Ⅱ(PGⅡ)含量。[结果]2组治疗前胃液pH值及血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGⅠ/PGⅡ比较,均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,胃液pH值下调(P<0.05),血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGⅠ/PGⅡ明显上升(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组比较,下调、上升更为明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]中药益气活血方具有较好的治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎功效,其作用与下调胃酸pH值、上调血清PGⅠ、PGⅠ/PGⅡ水平有关。[Objective]To investigate the effect of Yiqihuoxue decoction （YD） on pH value of endoscope gastric juice and pepsinogen I /II in the patients of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. [Methods]Two hundred cases of CAG were randomly divided into treatment group（n=120）administered with YD,and control group（n=80） ＇with western medicine for 3 months. PH value of endoscope gastric juice and pepsinogen I /II before and after the treatment were tested respectively. [Results]There was no difference between the two groups in pH value of endoscope gastric juice and pepsinogen I /II before the treatment （P）0.05）. After the treatment of 3 three months, pH value decreased （P〈0. 01） and PG T , PC- II , PG I/PG II increased significantly（P〈 0.01） in both groups. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01）. [Conclusion]YD is an effective treatment for CAG and its mechanism is related to decreased pH value and unregulated PG I and PG I /II.
