鸦胆子油乳联合放疗治疗骨转移癌疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价鸦胆子油乳注射液联合放疗治疗骨转移癌疼痛的疗效及毒副作用。方法:66例骨转移癌疼痛的患者随机分为观察组(n=34)与对照组(n=32),两组均采用局部放疗DT=30GY/10F,观察组同时采用鸦胆子油乳30 ml静脉滴注,每天1次,21天为1疗程,分别以疼痛症状、X线平片等评价治疗的主观疗效和客观疗效,观察生存质量Karnofsky评分(KPS评分)变化,1年生存率及白细胞计数变化等指标。结果:鸦胆子油乳注射液联合放疗治疗骨转移癌疼痛完全缓解率61.8%(21/34),部分缓解率29.4%(10/34),总有效率91.2%(31/34),KPS评分较治疗前增加者占85.3%(29/34),随访1年生存率明显升高(P<0.05),白细胞计数减少较单纯放疗组也少(P<0.05)。结论:鸦胆子油乳注射液联合放疗治疗骨转移癌痛能增加疗效减轻毒副作用。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating metastatic bone tumor pain with injection of seminal oil emulsion plus radiotherapy.Methods： 66 patients with metastatic bone tumor were randomized into the observation group（n = 34） and the control group（n = 32）.All of these patients were treated with radiotherapy DT = 30 Gy/10 F,the patients in the observation group were given additional emulsion of seminal oil of brucea javanica（10%,30 m1,1 time a day）.Both were treated for 1 curative period of 21 days.Differences in the therapeutic efficacy,the quality of life index KPS,one year survival rate and hematologic-al toxicity during the treatment were observed.Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P 0.05）,the KPS and one year survival were better too,and hematological toxicity was lower.Conclusion： Treating with seminal oil emulsion injection plus radiotherapy improved curative effect and decreased toxicity on metastatic bone tumor.
