胃腺癌甲状旁腺激素相关蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状旁腺激素相关蛋白(PTHrP)在胃腺癌组织的表达以及与分化程度、分期和转移之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉亲和素—生物素—过氧化物酶复合物技术(streptavidin biotin-peroxidasecomplex method,SABC),对60例胃腺癌手术标本(其中低分化17例、中分化28例、高分化15例)进行PTHrP检测,并分析PTHrP表达与胃腺癌组织分化程度、分期和转移之间的关系。结果阳性细胞表现为胞浆染色,主要存在于癌组织和淋巴结转移灶,部分肿瘤间质中亦有一定表达,癌周正常组织无表达。中低分化组阳性率分别为100%(17/17)、100%(28/28),高分化组阳性率为46.7%(7/15),不同分化组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同分期之间阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论胃腺癌组织高表达PTHrP,中低分化组织表达阳性率较高。Objective To explore the expression of parathyroid hormone-related protein（PTHrP） and the relationship with differentiation,staging and transfer in gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods Sixty specimens of gastric adenocarcinoma after operation were measured by streptavidin biotin-peroxidase complex method（SABC）,and the relationship among the expression of PTHrP and the differentiation,staging and transfer of gastric adenocarcinoma tissue were analyzed.Results Cancer tissue and the metastasis of lymph nodes were tested positive.Some interstitial tissue of the tumor was tested positive,too.The normal tissues around the tumor were negative.The positive rate of poorly-medium differentiated group was 100%（17/17）,but well differentiated group was 46.7%（7/17）（P0.01）.There were no statistic difference among stages in the positive rate.Conclusion PTHrP highly expresses in gastric adenocarcinoma and in poorly-medium differentiated tissues.
