摘　　要：循环肿瘤细胞计数可以反映原发肿瘤的侵袭程度,已经成为实体肿瘤远处转移的一个早期诊断指标,与某些肿瘤的预后也存在一定相关性。最近发展的循环肿瘤细胞检测技术采用优化的细胞表面或/和细胞内标志物组合,可以更准确地筛选并富集目的细胞,提高了检测准确性和效率。The enumeration of circulating tumor cells （CTCs） has been regarded as a useful diagnostic index because CTCs can reflect the aggressiveness of primary tumors and may assist with therapeutic decisions. There are some certain were a correlation between CTCs and the prognosis of carcinoma. Circulating tumor cells are rare events which can only be detected by using a combination of surface and intracellular biomarkers. Most newly developed methods of CTCs enumeration consist of enrichment and counting steps, which make the CTCs detection more reliable.
