摘  要:对椒目仁油的鉴定及有效成分测定方法进行研究,为药材及制剂标准的制定提供试验依据。采用薄层色谱法对椒目仁油中α-亚麻酸进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对其有效成分α-亚麻酸进行含量测定。结果是α-亚麻酸在(20~400)μg.mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系。α-亚麻酸平均回收率为98.80%;5批椒目仁油中α-亚麻酸的平均含量为21.70%。为椒目仁油制剂标准的制订提供了参考。所建立的方法操作简便、准确可靠、重现性好,能有效控制椒目仁油的质量。To identify and analysis the content of α-linolenic acid in the send oil from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim,the scientific foundation for the quality control and standard establishment of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim are provided.TLC was used for identification of α-linolenic acid.The contents of α-linolenic acid were determined by HPLC.It is resulted that linear range of α-linolenic acid was(20~400)μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of α-linolenic acid was 98.80%.The content of α-linolenic acid in the send oil from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim were 21.70%.These results are helpful to develop the quality standards of send oil from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.The method is accurate,simple and reproducible which can be applied to the quality control.
