摘  要:利用响应面分析法(Response Surface Methodology)对桑叶多酚的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上,根据中心组合(Box-Benhnken)试验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,以多酚提取率为响应值作响应面,进行回归分析。试验结果表明桑叶多酚的最佳提取条件为:提取时间2.05 h,提取温度59.6℃,乙醇体积分数45.7%,桑叶多酚平均提取率为2.44%,与模型预测值基本相符。In this paper, the conditions of extracting Morus polyphenolic compounds were optimized based on Response Surface Methodology(RSM). Experimental factors and their levels were determined by one-factor tests. Subsequently, the Box-Benhnken experimental design with 3 factors and 3 levels was performed, and the factors influencing the extracted technology were estimated by means of regression analysis. Response surface and contour were finally graphed with the extraction yield of Morus polyphenolic compounds as the response value. The results showed that the optimal conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: extraction time was 2.05 h, extraction temperature was 59.6 ℃, ethanol concentration was 45.7%, and the yield of Morus polyphenolic compounds was 9.53% which almost accords with the predicted data.
