公安试点专业人才培养方案构建思考

摘　　要：人才培养方案是人才培养思想、目标、模式的集中体现和总体设计,是组织教学活动、规范教学内容、安排教学任务的基本依据。科学制定公安试点专业人才培养方案是一项基础性和关键性工作。在公安试点专业人才培养方案的制定中,要充分考虑知识传授、技能训练与能力培养的协调性,注重整合与创新,设置合理的课程体系,积极发挥公安机关优势,强化实践教学,创新考核模式,引导教学过程和提高教学质量,确保公安招录培养体制改革顺利进行,实现预期效果。Proposal for training program should be a general plan for educating talents consisting of guideline, objective and mode, which serves as foundation for organizing teaching activities, standardizing teaching contents and assigning teaching tasks. Thus, how to make it scientifically has been a basic and crucial work. In this process of planning, knowledge develop- ment, skill training and capacity building shall be all taken into consideration. With balanced and scientific course setting, the advantage of public security organs shall be highlighted, while the practical teaching shall be emphasized and new test mode introduced, in order to well guide teaching process and enhance teaching quality, facilitating reform of police recruitment and edu- cation and meeting the desired effect.
