摘　　要：感恩是中华民族的传统美德,通过认识当代大学生感恩情感的缺失现状,提出感恩教育的必要性,最后提出内观法是大学生感恩教育的有效方法,对增强大学生的感恩情怀有重要的意义。Thanksgiving is the traditional virtues in Chinese,through understanding the status of lacking of emotion of Thanksgiving with contemporary university students,proposing it is the need to Thanksgiving education.Concludes with Naikan is an effective way of thanksgiving education for university students,and it is great significance to cultivating emotional of Thanksgiving.
