从教师自我效能感视角看教育变革下教师的忧虑特点

摘  要:面对新课改带来的各种变化,教师在应对时产生不同种类、不同层次的忧虑。从教师自我效能感的角度来看,这些忧虑无疑会影响教师的自我效能感,降低教师对日常教学、管理、教育的作用及自身发展的内在动力。本位提出了:信息的公开和明晰、经济和法律上的保障、具体可操作的指导、鼓励合作和探究,四项措施来减轻教师对教育变革的忧虑,提高教师自我效能感来应对教育变革带来的变化。The teachers will produce different kinds and levels anxieties when they face to the changes from the new curriculum reform.From the view of teacher's self-efficiency,these anxieties can influence the teacher's self-efficiency and can reduce teacher's effect on the normal teaching,management,education and inherent motivation of their own development.This thesis put forwards four measures:disclosure and clarity of information;economic and legal protection;specific operational guidance;encourage cooperation and inquiry.These measures are good for reducing teacher's anxiety about education reform and improving teacher's self-efficiency to cope with the changes from education reform.
