探究阳光体育背景下高校终身体育课程体系的构建

摘　　要：高校体育是终身体育意识形成、习惯养成的关键时期。大学生是连接学校体育、社会体育的纽带,对实施完成"全民健身计划"起着桥梁作用。阳光体育的开展为终身体育发展提供了良好的机遇。本文通过文献资料、调查访问、逻辑分析等方法,探究阳光体育背景下高校终身体育课程体系的构建,为促进高校体育课程改革提供参考。College physical education is the critical period of the formation of lifelong awareness of college sports and habits.Students are ties to connect school sports,social sports,the implementation of the complete ＂fitness program＂ plays a role as a bridge.Sun Sports provides a good opportunity for the development of life-long sports.In this paper,literature,study visits,logical analysis and other methods to explore the context of university life-long sports sun sports curriculum system,provide a reference to promote the reform of college sports programs.
