摘　　要：高校学生党支部是中国共产党在高校的基层组织,能对大学生党员进行最直接、最有效的教育和管理,而大学生党支部书记自身素质和工作能力高低直接影响学生党建工作的开展和成效。结合当今社会和党建新形势,笔者结合多年学生党建工作经验,在激励机制视野下研究和探讨学生党支部书记队伍建设。College Communist Party of China branch of is the university＇s grass-roots party organization,it can make the most direct and effective education and management to party members and college students,branch secretary of the university＇s own qualities and ability to work directly affects the students＇ party-building work carried out and results.Combined with the new situation in today＇s society and the Party,combined with my years＇ of experience in party-building work of students in the incentive to study and explore the vision of student branch secretary of the ranks.
