摘　　要：加强高校学生干部培养对提高人才培养质量至关重要。在总结学生干部的重要作用,剖析新形势下高校学生干部培养存在主要问题的基础上,运用理论与实践的相结合的方法,探索了学生干部普遍筛选培养、专业化重点培养、复合型干部培养的分层培养的模式。对新形势下学生干部培养有着积极的指导和重要的现实意义。It is very important to strengthen the training of college student cadres to improve the talent quality.after summarizing the importance of student cadres and analyzing the current problems on university student cadres training,we put forward the layered model,which made up of three levels,they are universal screening,professional and focal training,interdisciplinary talents training,we also paying much attention to the combination of theory and practice,all of this has a positive guidance and realistic significance on student cadres training under the new situation.
