高职院校学生社区管理模式探讨

摘　　要：高校学生宿舍实行社区式管理已成为宿舍管理的主流,然而作为高校重要组成部分的高职院校,学生具有多元化、自我管理能力较弱、自我认知失调等特点,再加上高职类院校在教育资源的分配上存在着先天不足,本科院校学生自主管理社区的模式并不适用高职院校。本文就如何结合高职学生特点和环境因素来推进高职院校学生社区的管理进行探讨。Implementation of community college students dormitory dormitory-style management has become the mainstream of management,but as an important part of university vocational colleges,students have a diverse,self-management capacity is weak,self-perception disorders,etc.,coupled with higher categories allocation of resources in education institutions,there are deficiencies,undergraduate college students in community self-management model does not apply to vocational schools.In this paper,how to combine vocational student characteristics and environmental factors to promote the vocational college students in community management were discussed.
