摘　　要：构建河流伦理是应对生态危机、发展生态文明的必然选择。河流伦理改变了只将人类作为道德主体的观点,强调河流的主体地位,把河流共同体作为道德主体和道德关怀的对象,是对传统伦理的突破和挑战。河流伦理强调河流的内在价值和健康生命,在理论和实践中构建一系列伦理原则和道德规范,从而来规范人们的行为,用"人水和谐"的价值观来指导人们走可持续发展的生态文明之路。Setting up the river ethics is inevitable choice that replies the ecosystem crisis,the development ecosystem civilization.The river ethics changed only emphasize the standpoint that the mankind be the morals corpus,the headstream corpus position,the object that the common body of river is the morals corpus and the morals concern,is to the breakthrough and the challenge of the tradition ethics.The river ethics emphasizes the inside and worth and healthy life of headstream,setting up a series of ethics principle and the morals norms in theories and fulfillments,thus to the norm people＇s behavior,guide with the value of＂ person water harmonious＂ the people walk and can keep on development of the road of the ecosystem civilization.
