摘　　要：高职教学存在课程内容深度广度与学生学习能力较弱之间的矛盾,本文从关爱弱势群体的角度,探讨如何取得教学效果最大化的方法。着重讨论爱护帮助落后学生的必要性、以他们为教学对象、培养他们的学习兴趣、注重职业教育实际应用的方法与实践。There is conflict between the depth and breadth of course content and weak learning ability of students.From the perspective of taking care of vulnerable groups,the article discussed how to achieve maximum effectiveness of teaching methods,and focused on the need for caring the poor students,taking them as the teaching object,cultivating their interest in learning,and paying attention to the practical method and way of vocational education.
