摘　　要：随着医学发展,女性肿瘤患者生存期限延长,这部分人的生育问题成为医务人员关注的热点。对于肿瘤的治疗如放疗、化疗会显著影响卵巢功能甚至导致卵巢功能衰竭。卵母细胞冻存因其所用时间短、花费低,不受月经周期限制,对患者身体各方面影响小及相对安全等优势,受到临床工作者的关注。综述卵母细胞及卵泡获取前的预处理、卵母细胞及卵泡的具体获取方式、未成熟卵母细胞体外培养成熟(in-vitro maturation,IVM)的培养系统及培养液成分、卵母细胞冷冻等内容,为此项技术的临床应用提供参考。Benefited from advances in diagnoses and treatment of neoplasia,female patients with cancer have acquired the prolonged life.Some of them wish to have a child,which is a new hot research area for medical staff.However,cancer treatment,such as radiotherapy or chemotherapy,could affect ovary function,even exhaustion of ovary function.Cryopreservation of the matured in vitro oocytes is a promising fertility preservation option with low cost,short time.It is free of menstrual circles,and relatively safe for those cancer patients.In this paper,we reviewed the pre-intervention to patients before retrieval,the available methods of retrieving follicles and oocytes,in-vitro maturation of the inmature oocyte,oocyte cryopreservation for the clinical references.
