摘　　要：目的:提高对胃黏膜相关淋巴组织(MALT)淋巴瘤的认识和诊疗水平,提高治愈率。方法:回顾性总结我院10年间115例胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤资料,手术标本重新病理诊断,明确分期诊断,并进行追踪随访。结果:98例经手术治疗,17例内科非手术治疗,患者胃MALT淋巴瘤的病变累计范围较广,胃窦、胃体、小弯侧多见形态多样,腹腔淋巴结易受累。病理属低度恶性,预后良好。结论:胃MALT淋巴瘤是一类新型淋巴瘤,与幽门螺旋菌感染有关,预后较好,生存期可延长。Objective To improve the level of awareness and treatment of gastric mucosa -associated lymphoid tissue （MALT） lym- phoma, and improve the cure rate. Method The clinical data of 98 patients with primary gastric lymphoma in the past 10 years in our hospi- tal were retrospectively analyzed, the surgical pathology specimens were re - clear staging, and were followed up. Results For 98 patients were treated by surgery, 17 cases of non - surgical medical treatment. The gastric MALT lymphoma lesions in patients with cumulative broa- der, gastric antrum, gastric body and lesser curvature more common form of diverse, easy to abdominal lymph node involvement. Pathology is a low grade malignant, the prognosis is good. Conclusion Gastric MALT lymphoma is a new type of lymphoma, and Helicobaeter pylori in- fection,a comprehensive understanding and effective treatment,prognosis,survival may be extended.
