摘  要:作为学校教学和科研工作的主力军,民办高校青年教师在学校发展中承担着多重角色,他们的素质发展是推动学校发展的关键因素。我国民办高等教育所处的社会环境、青年教师对自身职业的认同感不强等影响和制约了民办高校青年教师的素质发展。因此,应依法落实民办高校教师享有与公办高校教师同等的社会地位和权益;学校应为青年教师的成长与发展提供空间和舞台;青年教师自身也要增强责任感和使命感。As the main force of the school' s teaching and scientific study, the young teachers shoulder many important parts in the school' s development. Their quality development is the key factor for pushing the development of the school. The social environment where our country' s civilian-run higher education lies and the weakness of the self-professional sense of identity of the young teachers, etc. strongly affect and limit the quality development of the young teachers of the civilian-run colleges and universities Therefore, it is necessary to implement that the teachers of the civilian-run colleges and universities enjoy the same social status and rights as those of the teachers of the state-run ones according to laws;the school should provide the growth and the developing space and stage with the young teachers and the teachers themselves also should enhance their own sense of responsibility and mission.
