摘 要:目的 研究原发性肝癌 (肝癌 )切除后经门静脉化学药物治疗 (下称化疗 )配合高压氧治疗 ,血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (solubleinterleukin 2receptor,sIL 2R)、超氧化物歧化酶 (total superox idedismutase,T SOD及manganese superoxidedismutase ,Mn SOD)的活性变化。方法 肝癌患者 2 8例在2 5atm(atmosphereabsolute)高压氧状态下 (hyperbaricoxygen ,HBO组 )和 2 6例在通常状态下 (非HBO组 ) ,采用FMC(fluorouracil,mitomycin ,carboplastin ,FMC)方案经门静脉化疗 ,在化疗前及化疗后 1周 (化疗前后 )抽取外周静脉血分别以双抗体夹心ELISA法测定sIL 2R及黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清T SOD、Mn SOD活性含量。结果 HBO组化疗前后比较 ,血清sIL 2R、T SOD及Mn SOD变化不明显 (P >0 0 5 ) ;非HBO组化疗后与HBO组化疗后比较 ,sIL 2R ,T SOD及Mn SOD变化明显 (分别t=5 735 ,P <0 0 1;t=5 837,P <0 0 1及t=8 32 6 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 肝癌切除后的门静脉化疗辅以高压氧 ,有助于改善机体的免疫功能及减少组织的损伤。在肝癌切除后的综合治疗将起到积极作用。Objective[WT5”BZ] To study the changes of serum sIL 2R、T SOD and Mn SOD activity after resection of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) combined with intraportal veinous chemotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO).[WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] 28 HCC patients were placed under 0 25 MPa (2 5 atm) of HBO (HBO group) and 26 patients without HBO were unanimously given intraportal venous chemotherapy with FMC scheme (fluorouracil 500 mg,mitomycin 8 mg and carboplastin 200 mg).Serum sIL 2R、T SOD and Mn SOD activity were tested with sandwitch ELISA technique and xanthine oxydase from peripheral blood samples drawn right before and one week after the treatment.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] Serum sIL 2R、T SOD and Mn SOD activity did not change significantly before and one week after treatment in the HBO group ( P >0 05),while there was significant difference in sIL 2R ( t =5 735, P <0 01)、T SOD ( t =5 837, P <0 01), and Mn SOD ( t =8 326, P <0 01) between the HBO and Non HBO group after the chemotherapy.[WT5”HZ]Conclusions[WT5”BZ] Intraportal venous chemotherapy combined with 0 25 Mpa of HBO significantly improved immune function and alleviated the tissue impairment after resection of HCC. These finding may indicate that HBO plays positive role in HCC patients undergoing combined treatmeat.
