摘  要:脑肿瘤手术的目的是最大化地切除肿瘤的同时保存重要的脑功能区,提高患者生存期和生活质量。综合运用各种功能检查方法,可对脑肿瘤的形态、血流动力学状态等以及相邻重要功能区进行评价,有助于手术医生制订合理的手术方案和帮助临床医生观察治疗效果、判断预后等。本文就fMRI、PET和MSI在脑肿瘤诊断和治疗中的应用作一综述。The aim of neurosurgery is to preserve important brain functions while maximize tumor resection, in order to prolong the survival and improve the quality of life. Comprehensive use of various function tests methods facilitate us to evaluate the tumor morphology, hemodynamic, and the location of functional areas adjacent to the tumor, which helps neurosurgeons to determine a reasonable surgical plan, and contributes to evaluation of the treatment efficacy, prediction of the prognosis and recurrence. Application of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), positron emission tomography (PET), magnetic source imaging (MSI) of diagnosis and therapy in brain tumor were reviewed in this paper.
