摘　　要：医学模式的转变标志着临床医学的发展又进入了新的阶段,新的医学模式迫切要求临床医学人才培养模式的深刻变革。临床外科复合型人才的培养必须保证全面的培养要求,这不仅包括临床专业能力及外科手术操作能力的培养,还要有创新能力、医学道德、科研能力、心理素质的培养及其他综合素质的培养。The transformation of medical pattern indicates the new phase of the development on clinical medicine.This kind of new medical pattern strongly requests the profound changes of clinical medical talents.The cultivation of clinical surgical compound talents should be full-scaled,it should include not only the cultivation of clinical professional capability and surgical operation ability,but also innovation ability,medical morality,scientific research ability,mentality and other kinds of universal capability.
