摘　　要：针对电力施工企业项目成本管理存在的问题,提出"业务流程梳理+信息系统建设"的解决方案,并设计了电力施工企业项目成本管理信息系统;介绍了电力施工企业从资源计划编制到成本决算的项目成本管理流程,讨论了电力施工企业项目成本管理信息系统的体系结构;分析了电力施工企业项目成本管理信息系统的5个功能模块,并给出了每个模块的具体实现方法。Targeting at the existing problems in the project cost management in China＇ s power construction enterprises, this paper proposes a solution based on ＂process sorting plus information system building＂, and designs a project cost management information system for the power construction enterprises. The paper introduces the whole process of the project cost management from the resources planning to the final accounting and settlement, explores the architectural structure and analyzes in detail the five function modules of the system, and also provides the specific approach to the realization of each module.
